Guiding Your Journey
For over a decade, Buddhanjali Travels has been dedicated to devout Buddhists seeking a safe and comfortable pilgrimage to Dambadiva (India), as well as journeys to Thailand and other countries rich in Buddhist heritage. Drawing on the experience gained through a large number of tours conducted over the years, we craft a pilgrimage that goes far beyond an ordinary journey.
Thousands of devotees, in Sri Lanka and abroad, have travelled with us to the sacred land of Dambadiva and on pilgrimages to Thailand. Our Director and Chief Guide is the Royal Pandit and Darshanapati, Ven. Mawatawewe Gnanabhiwansa Thero, and our institution operates through five main branches together with provincial, district, and regional representatives.
We take pride in a highly experienced and dedicated team committed to delivering every service to the highest standard. Each pilgrimage we conduct is graced by the presence of our Chief Organizing Monk and his spiritual companion, the Chief Incumbent of the historic Disapamok Maha Vihara. Buddhanjali Travels is a government-registered tourism institution.
